2. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure to receive a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time, except under extreme circumstances with valid proof, at our discretion.
- If Side Routes must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness, safety issues), a full refund will be provided.
3. Changes to Bookings
- You may request to change the date or time of your booking up to 24 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
- No changes can be made within 24 hours of the tour departure.
4. Customer Conduct
- Participants must follow the guide’s instructions and behave respectfully towards others on the tour.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove anyone from a tour for inappropriate or unsafe behavior without a refund.
5. Liability & Disclaimers
- We take every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. However, participation in our tours is at your own risk.
- Side Routes and Tourbit Ltd are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay incurred during the tour unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
- Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings.
6. Accessibility & Health
- Please inform us in advance of any accessibility needs, allergies, or health conditions that may affect your ability to participate.
- Some tours may involve walking on uneven surfaces or stairs.
